The Waste Disposal (Charging for Municipal Solid Waste Charges) (Amendment) Bill 2018 was passed in August 2021, with an 18-month preparation period as the basic arrangement. At that time, all waste producers will have to pay the waste disposal fee according to the "polluter pays" principle, including charging by designated garbage bags/ labels or charging by weight. Reducing the amount of waste through reduction and recycling are the most effective and direct way to minimize the charges. In order to carry out effective waste reduction and recycling, and even lay a good foundation for future sustainable development performance, the person in charge of the company, property or premises must fully understand the waste composition of their premises, including the type and quantity of waste and recyclables to develop effective waste reduction measures and provide appropriate recycling equipment.

What is a waste audit service:
